According to treehugger.com, only 5% of the power that a charger draws from your outlet is actually used to power your cell phone. If you leave you charger plugged in all the time, that adds up to a lot of wasted energy. Much of energy we use today is created by the harmful burning of fossil fuels. So next time you unplug your cell phone, help the environment by unplugging your charger from the wall as well!
